Located within our Indoor Tennis Complex, Chatmoss offers a wide variety of fitness activities.

Overlooking the driving range, the fitness room is filled with professional equipment for a quick workout on a treadmill or a more extensive circuit training program. Chatmoss offers an on site professional personal trainer to design the perfect routine to fit your schedule and personal goals.

Don’t let the stationary bikes fool you, spinning classes, offered at several times throughout the week, provide a high energy, low impact group cycling experience that provides an intense cardio workout.

Looking for something less intense, Senior Fit is a lightweight training which also improves balance and flexibility.

Monday - Sunday 5:30am - 9:00pm
To enter the fitness facility between these hours, please use the lower entrance security door. Members must complete an orientation and have the necessary paperwork on file to be provided an access code.

RELEASE FORM:

All members utilizing the Fitness Facility will be required to sign a "consent for exercise program" before using the fitness facility for the first time. See the Sports Complex for forms. Please complete a form for each member of the family planning to use the facility.
